How our service works
Wildlife can find their way into and under our home in many ways. When you see, hear, or smell wildlife in and around your home, you can call us and we will come out to assess your property. We will figure out how the animals are accessing your attic, walls, subfloor etc. and from there, we can come up with a personalized plan to evict the animals, fix any necessary repairs and then critter-proof your house.

One-way door for pesky rats
One-Way Doors
We fit one-way doors at entrances that wildlife use, so they can move out on their own, but cannot get back in. We only employ one-way doors when we can confirm that we will not be separating a mother from her babies.
Rooftop vent screening for squirrels and rodents
Vent Screening
Wildlife will commonly destroy old vents that lead to subfloors, dryers, attics, and eaves in order to access warm spaces in your home. We employ wildlife-proof vents to prevent future access.
Exclusion mesh for bats
Exclusion Mesh
We use mesh to prevent access from bats and pigeons, who love the eaves above our homes. Apart from keeping wildlife out, we strive for a finished product that is aesthetically pleasing. We include zippers so you still have access to the roof.
Motion-sensing camera
Camera Traps
We can set up motion-sensing cameras facing access points that wildlife use to get under your homes. Using this method,we can monitor their comings and goings, and confirm when they have left and not returned. From there we can critter-proof the access point, knowing that we did not trap anything inside.
Screening and custom sub-door along foundation
Foundation screening
Skunks will dig under foundations to access subfloors. We bury screening 1-1.5 feet below the ground to prevent skunks from digging down. This limits access from skunks as well as other critters taking advantage of skunk handywork.

Predator Scent
We apply predator scents around your house in order to deter wildlife. The scents are non-toxic, safe for pets, children, and plants and are extremely effective at keeping skunks, raccoons, foxes, and opossums off your property.
